'There’s been so many great images on social media taken from within the crowd at New Order’s Heaton Park homecoming concert, many capturing our lighting designer Andrew Liddle’s incredible symphony of laser and light, but the simplicity of this image will strike a chord for many – a split second snapshot amid the live concert euphoria captures Ian Curtis (from one of many iconic Kevin Cummins portraits) intently looking out from the stagescreen over his former bandmates.
